OUR HISTORY Founded in 2010 by Dr. Vigen Vick Abovian, MD, our organization is committed to delivering healthcare to patients with diverse needs, addressing chronic conditions, urgent issues, and convenient care.
Since 2021, we have expanded access, care coordination, and equitable health services, ensuring effective care and improved outcomes through a team-based care model.
We collaborate with stakeholders to advance healthcare and promote community well-being.
OUR TEAM CARE Our Team-Based-Care along with our providers and care coordinators, effectively addresses the needs of a large patient population.
